Our mission since inception has been to provide McKinney and nearby residents an atmosphere of total indulgence and complete relaxation. The greatest reward for any individual is giving of oneself which can be difficult to do if we have not taken the time to first rejuvenate. For this reason, I sincerely believe the best investment you can make is in yourself! Working nearly 33 years in customer service for a major airline, I witnessed firsthand the toll stress takes on your body. At That Elegant Touch our focus is you. A more beautiful, vibrant, refreshed you. We pride ourselves on unhurried personalized care, high-tech oriented treatments and visible results. My goal has always been to provide our community with exceptional salon and spa services and products at modest pricing. Our team takes pride in what they do and enjoys giving of themselves to our clients. As a McKinney resident of twenty years, I am honored and privileged to serve this community. I am actively involved in the Women’s Alliance of McKinney, the Stonebridge Ranch Ladies Association and serve as an ambassador for the McKinney Chamber of Commerce. Rose Larsen Office Manager Special Events Coordinator Backed by a degree in Business Administration, Rose is a natural to assist in management of the salon along with the responsibility of the front desk staff. Drawing from her sales and merchandising experience, Rose is also responsible for inventory and special orders as well as the daily office responsibilities. Rose has been with us since inception almost ten years ago when That Elegant Touch was McKinney's only full service salon and day spa. Rose is responsible for booking special events at the salon - from girl's day or night out events to bridal showers and wedding day services. She assists the staff in making sure that each client that walks thru the door at That Elegant Touch feels pampered and gets exceptional service. Her knowledge of services and products is extensive so be sure to tap into her experience when making an appointment or selecting products. "I have been in this industry for almost 10 years now," states Rose "and I have seen other salons come and go. It is the exceptional customer service, competitive prices and trained and friendly staff that sets us apart from the other salons in the area."

Helen Warren Front Desk Staff Front Desk Staff Helen came to us after retiring from McKinney ISD for 32 years of counseling and teaching. She says she missed the interaction with people since retiring and That Elegant Touch was just what she needed to fill that void. Helen states, “We have such a wonderful staff and clientele here and I enjoy working with them every day.”

Emily Dohman Front Desk Staff Emily has joined our team after moving from Frisco to McKinney. She recently got married in Las Vegas and is getting ready to go back to school to be a Surgical Technologist. Raised in Kentucky, Emily is still adjusting to life in Texas. "I have over 3 years experience in the banking industry" says Emily, "so customer service and confidentiality are very important to me." When not working or going to school, Emily enjoys watching movies, reading and playing with her two chow chows.
